• Do not reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the API
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits or credit restrictions
• Refrain from engaging in activities that may harm, disrupt, or overload our infrastructure

We reserve the right to review or remove content that violates our policies.

4. Credits and Pricing

Cropedly operates on a credit-based system. By subscribing or purchasing credits:

• You agree to the pricing and usage terms shown at https://cropedly.com/pricing
• Subscription credits renew monthly, and unused credits may not carry over
• Pay-as-you-go credits are available for life, non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Additional charges may apply for storage, API usage, or feature upgrades
• We may adjust pricing at any time, with notice to active subscribers via email.

5. API Usage

• You must secure your API key and monitor its usage
• We may enforce rate limits, authentication, or usage caps
• API access may be revoked if used to violate terms, spam, or overload services
• Refer to our API documentation for technical guidance.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, models, tools, branding, and design on Cropedly.com are the intellectual property of Cropedly or its licensors.

You retain ownership of the images you upload, but grant us a temporary, limited license to process them for enhancement and provide the output files.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access:

• If you violate these terms
• If your account poses security or legal risks
• For inactivity or non-payment under subscription plans

Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations.

8. Disclaimers

• Cropedly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Enhancement results may vary based on image quality and model behavior
• We are not liable for any loss of content, data, or business resulting from the use of our platform

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cropedly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data
• Downtime or disruption
• Inaccurate image results
• Revenue loss or business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service during the last 3 months.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated through email or via a notification on the platform. Continued use after updates implies acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the United States, without regard to their conflict of law principles.
