At Cropedly, we strive to deliver high-quality AI image enhancement tools and services to all users. This Refund Policy outlines the process and conditions for issuing refunds for our paid offerings, including subscriptions and pay-as-you-go credits.
By purchasing or subscribing to any service on Cropedly.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Free Tier Access
Cropedly offers a fully functional free plan that allows users to test our image enhancement tools before committing to a paid plan. We encourage all users to evaluate the platform using the free tier to ensure it meets their needs. The free plan offers:
- 5 credits every 24 hours
- Max upload size: 2 MB
- Watermark-free
- Sign up for 10 additional credits per day.
2. Subscription Refunds
Cropedly operates on a non-refundable subscription model. This means:
- Payments made for monthly or yearly plans are non-refundable, even if the service is only partially used or unused.
- Users are responsible for cancelling their subscription before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
Exceptions: We may consider issuing a refund in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payments
- Accidental upgrades made within 24 hours (with no credits used)
- Technical issues preventing service access, verified by our support team
To request a refund under these conditions, contact us at support@cropedly.com within 7 days of the charge.
3. Pay-as-You-Go Credits
All pay-as-you-go credit purchases (e.g., $5 for 100 extra images) are non-refundable once the credits have been applied to your account. We do not offer partial refunds for unused credits. However:
- Credits remain active on your account forever unless manually deleted
- In case of technical errors (e.g., credits not delivered), we will promptly investigate and issue replacements as needed
4. Billing Errors
If you believe you were incorrectly charged or overbilled, please contact us within 7 days of the billing date. We will review your account and transaction history to resolve the issue fairly.
5. Canceling Subscriptions
You may cancel your plan at any time from your dashboard. Your current subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, after which it will not renew.
Cropedly does not offer refunds for unused time after cancellation.
